How Arc concepts map
Arc Spaces -> Vivaldi Workspaces. Arc folders -> Tab Stacks or bookmark folders. Arc Split View -> Tab Tiling. Arc Favorites -> Speed Dial or pinned tabs. Arc Profiles -> Vivaldi profiles.
Watch out for
Very configurable, which means setup time. Workspaces don't round-trip through sync exactly.
